AI/RPA Developer

Location: Hybrid in Lisbon, Portugal, 2–3 days per week. Candidates must already be based in Portugal and have Portuguese or EU citizenship or a valid work permit.

What you will do

• Develop robotic process automation solutions using Blue Prism, UiPath, or Automation Anywhere.
• Contribute to AI projects involving GenAI, RAG, NLP, and machine learning.
• Build and maintain solutions with C#, .NET, Python, Java, Angular, and NoSQL technologies.
• Work with Kubernetes, Git, and continuous integration tools.
• Collaborate in Agile, multicultural teams in a hybrid work environment.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of RPA development experience.
• Experience with C#, .NET, Python, Java, Angular, and NoSQL.
• Experience or involvement in AI projects using GenAI, RAG, NLP, or ML.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, Git, CI tools, and Kubernetes.
• Fluent English at B2 level and availability for hybrid work in Lisbon.
• Must already be based in Portugal and hold Portuguese or EU citizenship or a valid work permit.
