What you will do

• Oversee and validate investor dealing activities, including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and switches.
• Monitor operational risks, incidents, exceptions, and remediation actions.
• Support governance, reporting, and service quality reviews.
• Liaise with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders on dealing-related matters.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and strengthen operational controls.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, client agreements, and internal policies.

Requirements

• Experience or capability in transfer agency, investor dealing, or related financial operations.
• Strong attention to accuracy, timeliness, operational risk, and control requirements.
• Ability to manage incidents, exceptions, remediation actions, and service quality reporting.
• Ability to communicate with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work from the Luxembourg office.
