Data & AI Architect - Principal/Lead (Enterprise Architecture/Data & AI): Leading enterprise architecture and Data & AI transformation programmes across Southeast Asia with an accent on cloud transformation, legacy modernisation, and executive technology strategy. Focus on defining enterprise architecture roadmaps, guiding C-suite stakeholders, shaping high-value consulting engagements, and leading multidisciplinary teams through complex transformation programmes.
Location: Singapore
Salary: SGD 200,000–240,000 per annum base, plus a 25–50% performance bonus and an additional annual regional allowance.

What you will do
- Lead enterprise architecture and Data & AI transformation programmes.
- Advise C-suite executives on technology strategy, operating models, and transformation roadmaps.
- Drive cloud transformation, legacy modernisation, and large-scale technology investments.
- Lead complex consulting engagements from strategy through execution and oversee solution architecture.
- Manage senior client relationships, executive steering committees, proposals, and thought leadership activities.
- Mentor and develop multidisciplinary consulting teams across multiple workstreams.
Requirements
- Significant experience in technology consulting, management consulting, or enterprise architecture advisory.
- Proven record of leading large-scale transformation programmes and multidisciplinary consulting teams.
- Extensive experience engaging with C-suite and executive stakeholders.
- Strong expertise in one or more of enterprise architecture, Data & AI strategy, cloud transformation, technology strategy, digital transformation, legacy modernisation, or data platforms and analytics.
- Commercial acumen with experience shaping, selling, and leading high-value transformation programmes.
Nice to have
- Experience with AWS, Databricks, generative AI and LLM solutions, enterprise data platforms, cloud-native architectures, or AI-enabled operating models.
- Current experience as a Principal, Associate Partner, Director, or Senior Manager in a consulting, advisory, or architecture leadership environment.
