Senior Manager - Data & AI Architecture (AI): Leading enterprise transformation engagements across Data & AI, enterprise architecture, cloud transformation, and technology modernisation with an accent on scalable architectures, operating models, and strategic technology roadmaps. Focus on advising executive stakeholders, modernising legacy platforms, and leading multidisciplinary consulting teams through complex transformation programmes.
Location: Singapore
Salary: Up to SGD 200,000 base per annum, plus a 20–40% performance bonus and an additional annual regional allowance.

What you will do
- Lead enterprise architecture, Data & AI, and technology transformation engagements.
- Advise executive and C-suite stakeholders on technology strategy and innovation initiatives.
- Drive large-scale cloud transformation and legacy modernisation programmes.
- Design enterprise Data & AI architectures, operating models, and strategic technology roadmaps.
- Lead multidisciplinary consulting teams and build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Contribute to thought leadership, proposal development, and business growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience in technology consulting, management consulting, or specialist advisory environments.
- Success leading enterprise transformation programmes for large organisations.
- Strong experience in Data & AI, enterprise architecture, technology strategy, cloud transformation, or legacy modernisation.
- Direct experience engaging executive and C-suite stakeholders.
- Ability to bridge business and technology teams, with strong communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
- Ability to operate in strategic and hands-on advisory capacities.
Nice to have
- Background in banking, insurance, telecommunications, energy, utilities, or industrial sectors.
- Exposure to modern data and cloud platforms.
- Experience with AWS, Databricks, generative AI, OpenAI solutions, or enterprise data platforms.
