Director - Data & AI Architecture (Data & AI Strategy/Enterprise Architecture): Leading enterprise technology, data and AI transformation programmes across Southeast Asia with an accent on executive advisory, architecture roadmaps, cloud transformation, and consulting practice growth. Focus on shaping C-suite decisions, governing complex engagements, originating new business, and mentoring senior consulting leaders.
Location: Singapore
Salary: SGD 240,000–285,000 per annum, plus a 60–120% performance bonus and an additional annual regional allowance.

What you will do
- Advise CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, CDOs and executive leadership teams on technology, data and AI strategy.
- Lead large-scale enterprise transformation engagements across multiple clients in Southeast Asia.
- Define enterprise architecture, data and AI roadmaps for complex organisations.
- Guide cloud transformation, technology modernisation and legacy modernisation programmes.
- Build executive-level client relationships and identify new consulting opportunities.
- Lead delivery quality, governance, commercial outcomes, practice growth and senior leadership development.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in management consulting, technology consulting, advisory or enterprise transformation.
- Proven success leading large-scale technology, data or AI transformation programmes.
- Strong commercial leadership and business development experience.
- Experience managing senior client stakeholders and executive steering committees.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multiple consulting engagements simultaneously.
- Deep expertise in data and AI strategy, enterprise architecture, technology strategy, cloud transformation, digital transformation, legacy modernisation, or data platforms and analytics.
Nice to have
- Experience with large enterprises in banking and financial services, insurance, telecommunications, energy and utilities, or industrial and manufacturing sectors.
- Recognition as a consulting leader with strong market credibility.
- Experience leading large consulting teams and operating in executive or board-level environments.
