Filmmaker (Hardware)

Salary: $90,000–$130,000 per year, plus equity

hirify.global is building a new way to engineer machines for teams working in aerospace, robotics, energy, and other emerging hardware categories.

What you will do

• Shape the narrative direction across podcasts, customer films, and social content.
• Record, edit, and publish conversations between the founder and engineering leaders building advanced hardware.
• Create short, cinematic customer films that capture the experience of working inside client companies.
• Develop social-first video content with a distinctive visual and editorial style.
• Own the full production workflow, including shooting, editing, color, sound, and delivery.

Requirements

• Strong creative instincts and visual storytelling ability.
• A highly developed eye for compelling shots and moments.
• A few years of production experience, with emphasis on shipped work rather than tenure.
• Ability to independently manage the entire production stack from shooting through delivery.
• Ability to work on-site in San Francisco.
