Principal IT Security Transformation & Compliance Lead (AI)

Location: Gratkorn, Austria; home office and flexible working time are available.

What you will do

• Lead security workstreams for complex IT transformation programs.
• Ensure new and updated IT solutions comply with security standards, regulations, and international requirements.
• Translate security and regulatory needs into controls, deliverables, and evidence.
• Drive risk assessments, security reviews, remediation, certification activities, and audit readiness.
• Coordinate security interfaces across IT, cybersecurity, legal, privacy, business functions, and external partners.
• Report status, decisions, recommendations, and material risks to senior management while supporting secure AI adoption.

Requirements

• Goal-driven and proactive approach with the ability to independently drive cross-functional projects.
• Ability to influence diverse stakeholders and communicate risks, decisions, and results clearly to senior leaders.
• Experience with IT security requirements, regulatory compliance, risk assessments, security reviews, and remediation.
• Ability to coordinate security certifications, assessments, evidence collection, and audit readiness.
• Conscious and reliable working style due to responsibilities involving security certifications.
