Prime Client Services Associate (Digital Assets)

What you will do

• Manage trade entry, settlement workflows, asset transfers, reporting, and reconciliation for digital asset trading and financing services.
• Collaborate with the Prime business team to maintain funding across trading venues.
• Provide first-line support for trading and financing operations enquiries.
• Lead process improvements, identify operational gaps, recommend automation, and support testing of proprietary system enhancements.
• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support counterparty onboarding and build relationships with clients, exchanges, liquidity providers, and third-party providers.

Requirements

• Previous middle- or back-office experience in financial services.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to understand asset flows and procedures.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Hands-on experience with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Interest in financial services and cryptocurrency.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Trading, stock loan, or FX experience.
• Experience managing and interacting with clients.
• Macro programming exposure.
• Professional or personal cryptocurrency experience.
