Clinical Research Manager Pediatric Cell Therapy

Location: Brookline, Massachusetts, United States; hybrid with 2–3 days onsite per week

Salary: $77,400–$102,800 per year

What you will do

• Oversee the pediatric cell therapy clinical trial portfolio and its operational, regulatory, compliance, and performance requirements.
• Coordinate protocol processing with institutional review boards, the Clinical Trials Office, human research oversight teams, and data quality offices.
• Manage patient enrollment, protocol treatment, follow-up care, registration, study documentation, and data quality activities.
• Identify and resolve operational, logistical, regulatory, and compliance challenges affecting clinical trials.
• Support protocol budgets, study and grant financial tracking, procurement, equipment management, and financial reporting.
• Recruit, supervise, train, onboard, and evaluate clinical research staff.

Requirements

• Experience managing clinical research activities and clinical trial portfolios.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice, regulatory documentation, clinical trial reporting, and human-subject research requirements.
• Ability to manage data collection, quality control, compliance tracking, corrective actions, and progress reporting.
• Ability to collaborate with principal investigators, physicians, research nurses, sponsors, clinical trial offices, research administration, and grant managers.
• Ability to work onsite in Brookline, Massachusetts 2–3 days per week.
