What you will do

• Coordinate scheduling, participant recruitment, enrollment, evaluation, data collection, submission, and reporting for multi-site prospective studies.
• Support research involving neuropsychological assessment, neuroimaging, neuromodulation, cognitive training, and behavioral interventions.
• Prepare participants for MRI, fNIRS, TMS, tDCS, TIS, cognitive testing, eye tracking, and related data-collection procedures.
• Manage and verify behavioral, cognitive, neuroimaging, physiological, and clinical research data.
• Develop and follow study-specific standard operating procedures, maintain study documentation, and support informed consent and protocol submissions.
• Prepare reports and submissions for adverse events, protocol variances, violations, and other reportable events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant area required; master's degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of research experience, preferably in healthcare settings; a master's degree with some experience may be considered.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional communication between site and study teams.
• Experience with documentation and tracking systems or processes.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, participant coordination, and data-management skills.
• Regular and predictable attendance is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with neurodegenerative diseases, neurological conditions, mental health outcomes, or neuroscience-based interventions.
• Familiarity with MRI, fNIRS, TMS, tDCS, TIS, cognitive testing, eye tracking, and biological or behavioral data collection.
