Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Sub-Investigator, On-Site, Phoenix, AZ

Location: Fully on-site at the site in Phoenix, Arizona, United States. The role requires a valid and current APRN and CNP license in Texas.

Annual base pay: $95,100–$237,700, depending on qualifications, location, and schedule.

What you will do

• Perform physical examinations and assess laboratory values and EKGs.
• Monitor participant compliance with study drug use and follow-up visits.
• Evaluate participant responses to therapy and document adverse events, including their relationship to treatment.
• Provide medical care for treatable adverse events and communicate with primary care physicians when requested.
• Record study events in source documents and promptly report serious adverse events to the principal investigator and study coordinator.
• Become familiar with investigational products and related documents while communicating with participants, the research team, IRB, and sponsors.

Requirements

• Valid and current APRN and CNP license in Texas required.
• Clinical experience working with patients.
• Commitment to ethical research practices and patient safety.
• No history of license suspension or debarment in any state or by the FDA.
• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant qualification.

Nice to have

• Experience with CTMS.
• IV certification.
• Clinical research experience is not required; training is provided.
