Product Manager (PropTech)

hirify.global is partnering with an entertainment and residential community business to support a growing consumer-facing digital product portfolio.

What you will do

• Define and maintain product strategies, roadmaps, features, and priorities.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, product briefs, strategy decks, and go-to-market plans.
• Manage and prioritize the Jira product backlog.
• Own day-to-day product management activities, including QA and production validation, defect triage, launches, and ongoing product support.
• Partner with business, technology, creative, legal, marketing, finance, operations, and external vendors.

Requirements

• Experience owning products from business need through delivery and ongoing optimization.
• Hands-on experience with product strategy, roadmaps, user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog prioritization, QA, launches, and defect management.
• Consumer-facing digital product experience.
• Ability to work across business and technical teams rather than only managing delivery or projects.
• Availability for a hybrid role in Kissimmee, Florida.

Nice to have

• Experience in real estate or PropTech.
• Marketplace or inventory platform experience.
• Experience with sales and marketing technology, vendor or API integrations, analytics, or AI-enabled product workflows.
