Field Medical Operations Lead, Rhino/Gastro/Allergy, US Medical Immunology

Location: Remote US; listed locations include Cambridge, MA and Morristown, NJ. US and Puerto Rico residents only.

Salary: $148,500–$214,500 annually

What you will do

• Support launch excellence by tracking medical activities, deliverables, KPIs, budgets, and timelines.
• Manage operational systems and processes, including SharePoint, Smartsheet, Teams, Veeva CRM, and Veeva CLM.
• Provide project management support for medical advisory boards, cross-functional initiatives, and global programs.
• Coordinate medical planning, communications, meetings, and alignment with alliance, franchise, finance, purchasing, and external partners.
• Improve workflows, facilitate stakeholder collaboration, and ensure compliance with internal SOPs and external guidelines.
• Process field materials through MMRC approval and upload approved content into Veeva CLM.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of professional experience, including project or program management and cross-functional team support.
• Experience with project management systems, Excel, and process improvement methodologies.
• Strong planning, tracking, organization, communication, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of medical organizations, medical activity planning, budgeting, operating processes, systems, policies, and regulations.
• Ability to lead initiatives, manage multiple priorities, conduct effective meetings, and collaborate within matrix teams.
• Ability to work remotely in the United States; occasional travel of up to 15% is required.

Nice to have

• Pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry experience.
• Experience with One Medical Dashboard, CRM platforms, SharePoint, Smartsheet, PowerPoint, and field impact measurement tools.
• Scientific knowledge and experience in regulated pharmaceutical or biotechnology environments.
• Negotiation skills and experience leading change or innovation initiatives.
