What you will do

• Lead the South America project organization for automation project management and engineering, including approximately 30 professionals and a broad partner network.
• Drive safe, high-quality customer deliveries while improving efficiency, profitability, and long-term customer satisfaction.
• Develop team capabilities and build an inclusive culture focused on accountability, well-being, quality, and safety.
• Optimize delivery processes and collaborate with sales and service teams across the Americas.
• Oversee import, procurement, and order-management KPIs for the South America Logistics Center.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in automation, engineering, project operations, or a related industrial environment.
• Deep knowledge of the automation industry and project management, with experience leading change in a global matrix organization.
• Strong customer focus, performance-management skills, decision-making ability, delegation skills, and stakeholder leadership.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in automation, engineering, business management, or a related field.
• Effective written and spoken English is required.
• Availability to work in Sorocaba, Brazil and travel for the role is required.
