Team Lead - Network & Security NOC/SOC

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of around 15 NOC and SOC professionals.
• Manage 24/7 network and security operations, including capacity planning, shifts, on-call coverage, service continuity, and service-level adherence.
• Oversee WAN, LAN, SD-WAN, routing, switching, firewalls, VPN, load balancing, DNS/DHCP, internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, cloud networking, and datacentre infrastructure.
• Provide operational oversight of security monitoring, alert triage, investigations, endpoint security, SIEM operations, and IAM-related events.
• Lead major incidents as Incident Commander when required, coordinate stakeholders, and drive post-incident reviews and root cause analysis.
• Improve NOC/SOC processes, automation, documentation, vendor relationships, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in network operations, security operations, or a related technical environment, including at least two years in team leadership, coordination, or people management.
• Strong enterprise networking expertise covering routing, switching, WAN/LAN, SD-WAN, VPN, firewalls, load balancing, DNS/DHCP, and internet connectivity.
• Understanding of security operations, incident response, event investigation, SIEM/EDR technologies, and hybrid or multi-cloud environments using AWS and/or Azure.
• Experience with incident, major incident, and problem management; ITIL practices are preferred.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required. Strong communication, coaching, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills are expected.

Nice to have

• Experience with both NOC and SOC environments.
• Experience with Juniper, Arista, Cisco, Fortinet, Check Point, F5, Aruba, or Cloudflare.
• Security or networking certifications.
