What you will do

• Inspect purchased parts, materials, components, and manufactured equipment using established inspection methods.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and sketches.
• Use precision measuring tools, gauges, and inspection equipment.
• Prepare standard reports, test results, and quality problem records.
• Conduct basic audits and intermediate problem-solving activities to identify root causes and solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.

Requirements

• Analytical skills and the ability to apply scientific methods to quality-control activities.
• Ability to interpret basic technical drawings and specification requirements.
• Ability to recognize and solve typical problems using established procedures or scientific methods.
• Effective communication skills for exchanging information with colleagues.
• No supervisory responsibilities are required.
• Must work onsite in Austin, TX.
