Senior Associate, Analytics (Media)

Location: New York, NY, United States; hybrid with required workplace attendance and in-office work

Base salary: $70,000–$85,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Structure and develop complex data analytics projects around client business objectives.
• Write queries, build complex spreadsheet formulas, and organize data into clear tables.
• Turn media performance data into coherent storylines, presentations, and client-ready insights.
• Build and maintain data visualization tools.
• Define analytical project objectives, plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Manage projects from beginning to end and communicate progress to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in digital analytics.
• Intermediate or advanced Excel and SQL skills.
• Working knowledge of basic analytics tools and at least one data visualization tool, such as Data Studio or Tableau.
• Fundamental understanding of Market Mix Model inputs and outputs.
• Experience with media buying platforms, ad servers, SEO, and demand-side platforms.
• Ability to structure analysis, explain insights to general audiences, and manage projects independently.
