Manager, Platform Operations (Streaming)

Location: Hybrid in Universal City, California, with a minimum of four days per week in the office

Salary: USD 85,000–110,000 per year, plus bonus and long-term incentive eligibility

hirify.global is a global media and entertainment company producing and distributing film, television, streaming, news, sports, and theme-park content, including Peacock.

What you will do

• Create and scale operational playbooks for cross-functional launches of priority VOD content.
• Build and schedule Peacock campaigns, collections, hubs, tiers, and audience-targeted experiences.
• Lead a team of programmers responsible for building platform environments.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Customer Support, Merchandising Strategy, and CMS Tooling teams on product enhancements and operational implementation.
• Support major content launches, breaking news, and sporting events across hirify.global brands.
• Evaluate incidents, identify immediate solutions, escalate issues, and improve workflows and processes.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience working on digital media platforms.
• At least 3 years of experience managing title operations or publishing for a large-scale merchandising, e-commerce, or video service.
• Experience with content management systems and AirTable.
• Excellent organization, communication, writing, presentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to develop workflows, improve operational efficiency, manage multiple projects, and meet high-volume publishing deadlines.
• Ability to work from the Universal City office at least four days per week under the current hybrid schedule.
