hirify.global is building a self-discovery app that helps users explore and analyze personality, intelligence, relationships, and career strengths through engaging tests, personalized challenges, progress reports, and habit tracking.

What you will do

  • Own user acquisition end to end, including campaign launches, daily management, performance analysis, and optimization.
  • Analyze campaigns, funnels, and creatives to identify growth opportunities and define campaign optimization rules.
  • Develop creative ideas and collaborate with the team to turn them into performance-driven concepts.
  • Research audiences across demographics, interests, behaviors, and pain points from a performance marketing perspective.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and develop marketing hypotheses across creatives, funnels, and advertising campaigns.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of paid acquisition experience in product companies.
  • Hands-on experience with AppLovin and Meta Ads.
  • Expertise in both web and mobile acquisition.
  • Experience with AI-powered automation tools such as Birch.
  • Hands-on experience with attribution tools including AppsFlyer or Adjust.
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel performance metrics, data-driven decision-making, performance optimization, execution, and attention to detail.

Nice to have

  • Experience with TikTok acquisition.
  • Understanding of A/B testing.
