Focus on maintaining reliable payroll data in HRIS tools, coordinating with international People & Culture teams, and aligning regional processes with internal standards.

What you will do

  • Manage the full payroll cycle for employees across the LATAM region.
  • Apply local labor laws and internal payroll guidelines accurately.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Collaborate with local and international People & Culture teams.
  • Maintain accurate payroll information in payroll tools and HRIS systems, ideally Workday.

Requirements

  • Technical or professional degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in payroll management and employee onboarding processes.
  • Proficiency with payroll tools and HRIS systems.
  • Experience collaborating effectively with international teams.
  • Advanced English proficiency and Spanish language skills required.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of regional labor legislation.
  • Previous experience with payroll management and onboarding processes.
