TL;DR
DevOps Engineer (Docker/Kubernetes): Setting up and improving CI/CD pipelines, integration testing environments, monitoring, and operational workflows for technically demanding software projects with an accent on infrastructure reliability, observability, and maintainability. Focus on supporting production and pre-production systems, organizing operational metrics, and improving deployment processes and developer experience.

What you will do
- Set up and improve CI/CD pipelines for software projects.
- Build and maintain integration testing environments.
- Set up and improve monitoring, alerting, and incident reporting workflows.
- Support production and pre-production infrastructure.
- Collect and organize operational metrics and statistics.
- Work with engineers to improve deployment processes, reliability, maintainability, and developer experience.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, System Administrator, or in a similar infrastructure-focused role.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and integration testing environments.
- Experience setting up monitoring, alerting, and incident reporting tools.
- Strong command of Linux-based environments and practical knowledge of computer networks, including IP addressing, routing, TCP, and UDP.
- Understanding of Infrastructure as Code and the ability to work with application code when needed.
- Fluent spoken and written English and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with Nix.
- Experience improving observability, statistics gathering, or incident response processes.
- Experience with GitOps tools and modern deployment workflows.
