Senior Digital Marketing Strategist (AI)

What you will do

• Uncover the underlying business and marketing challenges behind client briefings.
• Develop focused digital marketing strategies across the customer journey and funnel.
• Connect audiences, content, channels, platforms, data and technology into coherent approaches.
• Set priorities, trade-offs, investment decisions, scopes, budgets, roadmaps and KPIs.
• Challenge recommendations from performance, data, content, SEO, social, CRO and marketing automation specialists.
• Present and pitch strategic solutions, lead client conversations and stay involved through execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant digital marketing experience, preferably in an agency or consultancy.
• Deep practical experience in at least one digital discipline and strong knowledge of the wider ecosystem.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary digital strategies rather than isolated channel delivery.
• Strong strategic storytelling, presentation and commercial judgement skills.
• Confidence working with senior clients and challenging recommendations constructively.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
