Quality Associate I (Manufacturing Quality)

Location: Cleveland, Mississippi, United States; onsite. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. Visa sponsorship or transfer of sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $68,000–$85,000 per year, plus an annual incentive bonus.

hirify.global develops healthcare products and operates a Cleveland manufacturing facility producing plastic pour bottles, glass IV products, and reconstitution devices through automated manufacturing technologies.

What you will do

• Supervise quality activities and technicians in the Solution departments.
• Implement, maintain, and improve quality systems, processes, and procedures.
• Support process validation, process capability studies, process control, and equipment or system upgrades.
• Investigate customer complaints, nonconformances, product defects, and process failures; implement corrective actions.
• Trend quality performance metrics and make independent product-conformance decisions.
• Collaborate with plant and global functions on Lean, problem-solving, project-management, and operational-excellence initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Biology, Chemistry, or Engineering.
• Knowledge of quality systems and procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal form and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, support technicians, train associates, and perform supervisory duties.
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for long periods; reach above the shoulder and bend or stoop.
• U.S. work authorization is required; employment visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• FDA-regulated manufacturing experience.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent.
• Lean Manufacturing skills and experience.
