Senior Partnerships Manager (Fintech): Managing and expanding an international portfolio of affiliate partners with an accent on relationship building, commercial development, and end-to-end partnership launches. What you will do
- Own and develop a portfolio of affiliate partners across international markets.
- Build long-term partner relationships and identify new commercial opportunities.
- Lead partnership projects from research and outreach through negotiation, onboarding, launch, and performance review.
- Analyse partner performance and turn findings into practical actions.
- Coordinate partner launches with Compliance, Analytics, CRM, Product, Finance, and Marketing.
- Use advanced AI tools and automation to improve research, communication, reporting, and workflows while maintaining regulatory and brand standards.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or account management.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, ownership, organisation, and project leadership skills.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to use data for practical decision-making.
- Professional written and spoken English.
- Practical experience using advanced AI tools for productivity, research, communication, and decision-making.
- Experience in fintech, online trading, financial services, or another regulated industry; familiarity with affiliate platforms, CRM systems, analytics tools, or digital marketing channels is beneficial.
