What you will do

• Analyze automated warehouse movements to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
• Review planning and scheduling workflows and propose actionable solutions.
• Monitor dock flow, throughput, and operational delays.
• Collaborate with site management teams across North America to support shift coverage and workforce planning.
• Execute daily planning tasks for multiple sites with accuracy and timeliness.
• Document findings, changes, implemented solutions, and improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, industrial engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in automated warehouses or distribution center environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and data analysis software.
• Ability to manage changing priorities and multiple tasks across geographically dispersed teams.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or a related field preferred but not required.
