SaaS Operations Analyst (SaaS)

Location: Woking, United Kingdom; 14-month fixed-term position

IDBS is a hirify.global operating company providing SaaS solutions for life sciences, diagnostics, biotechnology, drug research, and manufacturing.

What you will do

• Manage the SaaS platform across onboarding, upgrades, in-life service, and customer offboarding.
• Respond to customer queries, resolve routine issues, and manage standard service requests.
• Coordinate onboarding, upgrades, and offboarding with customers within defined timelines.
• Perform qualification testing and support Installation Qualification and Operational Qualification processes.
• Maintain reliable, operational, and compliant SaaS environments while collaborating with Engineering and Customer Success.
• Follow QMS, ISO standards, established procedures, and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in STEM, life sciences, or a related field.
• Suitable for graduates.
• Ability to lift, move, or carry equipment weighing up to 10 lb.
• Ability to work onsite in Woking, United Kingdom.

Nice to have

• Awareness of ISO 27001 and ISO 9001.
• Understanding of IQ/OQ processes.
