What you will do
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the Manchester Validations team.
- Coach specialists on validation types, customer cases, and professional development.
- Monitor validation volumes, workflow queues, operational KPIs, and quality standards.
- Identify bottlenecks and lead continuous improvement of validation workflows.
- Handle validation cases, complex customer interactions, and informal complaints.
- Deputise for the Manchester Customer Care Manager and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience as a Team Lead, Senior Specialist, or in Customer Care, Operations, or Financial Services.
- Familiarity with document validation, customer identity verification, or policy compliance workflows.
- Ability to analyse performance metrics, queue volumes, and team dashboards.
- Experience resolving escalations and complex customer interactions.
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and people-development skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment with evolving processes.
