What you will do

• Set and maintain the creative and editorial direction of assigned hirify.global Studios podcast titles.
• Oversee ideas, planning, production, publication and performance reviews.
• Develop formats and identify opportunities to grow audience engagement across audio, video, social, live and other platforms.
• Lead, support and empower the production team through clear structures, workflows and an ambitious ideas pipeline.
• Build trusted relationships with talent, agents and senior stakeholders while protecting each show’s creative vision.
• Collaborate with Video, Social, Marketing, Commercial and Production teams to develop shows into larger brands and launch new content.

Requirements

• Strong creative judgement and experience leading high-quality editorial content in a fast-moving environment.
• Ability to lead and empower a production team while creating clarity, trust and accountability.
• Confidence using performance information and audience insight to inform creative decisions.
• Experience building professional relationships with on-air talent, agents and senior stakeholders.
• Track record of evolving formats and generating ideas that increase audience engagement across platforms.
• Strong organisation, prioritisation, planning and production delivery skills.
