Senior Power Platform Engineer

Location: Poland, with occasional visits to the Wrocław office a couple of days per year

Rate: Up to 146 PLN per hour

What you will do

• Architect, design, and deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions on Microsoft Power Platform.
• Integrate Power Platform with Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, APIs, custom connectors, and third-party systems.
• Maintain and develop the existing Copilot Studio solution.
• Manage support cases, resolve tickets, prioritize incidents, and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with development, technical, business, and end-user teams to deliver modern products and maintain application stability.
• Track Microsoft ecosystem developments and identify opportunities for innovation.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience developing Microsoft Power Platform solutions, supported by a portfolio of implementations.
• Experience with Copilot Studio development and application-to-application integrations.
• Knowledge of security best practices, including secure authentication, role-based access, DLP policies, and secure handling of secrets and credentials.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, and Azure services.
• Practical knowledge of ITIL and IT Service Management processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
• Fluent English and availability to work in Poland with occasional visits to the Wrocław office.

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
• Stakeholder management skills and the ability to explain technical issues to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong prioritization, organizational, collaborative, and continuous-improvement skills.
