What you will do

• Manage and enhance quality management systems for the LMS and SMART hubs based on GSP and ISO requirements.
• Oversee post-market surveillance activities, including recall execution and the investigation and handling of adverse events and complaints.
• Ensure compliance of product labeling and marketing materials.
• Execute internal and external audits, quality training, and regulatory training.
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement effective corrective countermeasures.
• Support compliance with local regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Experience managing quality management systems and quality-related activities.
• Knowledge of GSP and ISO requirements.
• Experience with audits, post-market surveillance, recalls, adverse events, or complaints.
• Ability to assess compliance with local regulations and implement corrective actions.
• Ability to work onsite in Shanghai, China.
