Data Engineer (Talent Acquisition Operations)

What you will do

• Build, maintain, and improve datasets and pipelines supporting Recruiting and Hiring Operations.
• Integrate Lever, Workday, Foundry, and other recruiting systems with internal tools.
• Develop reporting datasets and dashboards for recruiting performance, candidate pipelines, programs, and operational audits.
• Partner with Data and platform teams on warehouse connections, schema changes, APIs, and source-system migrations.
• Design data access and reporting solutions that respect confidentiality, role-based permissions, and regional or organizational boundaries.
• Monitor pipeline stability, improve efficiency, and document sensitive workflows for operational users.

Requirements

• Degree in Data Science, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Business, or another quantitative field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a data analytics role.
• Expertise in Python and data manipulation for answering complex questions.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational or structured data.
• Fluency in TypeScript or another general-purpose programming language.
• Ability to create reusable data models, testing frameworks, and data quality checks.

Nice to have

• Experience with Foundry, Contour, or comparable data and analytics platforms.
• Background with Recruiting, HR, People, CRM, ATS, or other operational data.
• Lever experience.
• Experience with PySpark, pandas, or polars.
