SAP Master Data Lead

Location: Remote in the United States, with occasional travel to the North Andover, Massachusetts office for meetings, training, or as required.

Salary: $97,000–$120,000 annually.

What you will do

• Govern the creation, maintenance, extension, mapping, retirement, and lifecycle management of SAP master data.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for material, customer, vendor, finance, and other enterprise data domains.
• Support SAP S/4HANA implementations, acquisitions, integrations, migrations, testing, and business transformation initiatives.
• Monitor and improve data quality through validation, cleansing, auditing, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to define standards, workflows, mappings, and sustainable master data processes.
• Maintain governance documentation, procedures, business rules, work instructions, and training materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business, supply chain, finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP master data management, data governance, business systems, or related functions.
• Knowledge of master data governance, lifecycle management, data quality controls, enterprise data standards, and SAP data structures and processes.
• Experience supporting SAP implementations, migrations, acquisitions, or large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis capabilities.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP MDG, Product Information Management, Incture, or related governance technologies.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and commercial processes.
• Experience with data quality tools, automation, data migration, and process improvement initiatives.
