Manager - Data Architecture, Data & Analytics Office (Snowflake/Informatica/dbt): Leading enterprise data architecture, scalable data platforms, pipelines, and analytics solutions supporting reporting, AI/ML, and self-service insights with an accent on governance, integration, and platform scalability. Focus on defining architecture standards, translating technical designs into business value, and developing data architecture teams across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Location: 100% remote; position associated with Reston, Virginia, US

What you will do
- Lead and manage a team of data architects designing and implementing enterprise data solutions.
- Define and evolve enterprise data architecture strategy, standards, and governance frameworks for analytics, reporting, and AI/ML initiatives.
- Oversee scalable data models, pipelines, and integration patterns for structured and semi-structured data.
- Partner with business, product, and technology teams to enable self-service analytics and predictive insights.
- Ensure data platform scalability, performance, lineage, security, and governance compliance.
- Provide architectural leadership for visualization and embedded analytics using Tableau, Power BI, and related tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Systems, Information Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline; a higher degree is accepted but not required.
- At least 60 months of experience in enterprise data architecture, data engineering, or BI development.
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.
- At least 3 years of experience with cloud-native data platforms such as Snowflake, Redshift, or Databricks and modern data stack tools such as Informatica, dbt, or Airflow.
- At least 3 years of experience translating technical architecture into business value, working with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Gainsight, and ServiceNow, and building scalable, governed data platforms.
- At least 3 years of stakeholder management experience across technical and non-technical audiences.

- Knowledge of cloud data architecture, data mesh, generative AI, and modern data governance technologies.
