Senior Director, Software Engineering (Generative AI)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States; relocation provided. Travel required: 0–25%.

Annual base salary: USD 217,400–245,300.

What you will do

• Lead a globally distributed engineering organization of more than 250 associates and contractors within a modern Product Operating Model.
• Own end-to-end development and outcomes for the global MarTech, AdTech, Customer, and Commercial product portfolio.
• Define technical strategy, architecture, engineering standards, and platform investments for scalable, resilient, secure systems.
• Partner with Product Management and Product Design to deliver measurable business, reliability, performance, and consumer experience outcomes.
• Lead the adoption of generative AI and agentic capabilities across the software development lifecycle and product portfolio.
• Advise executive stakeholders on engineering strategy, risks, trade-offs, and investment needs.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive engineering experience, including senior leadership and meaningful hands-on software development experience.
• 5+ years leading engineering organizations in a Product Operating Model or equivalent product-centric environment.
• 10+ years building and scaling high-performing engineering teams, including managers and technical leads.
• Deep expertise in modern software architecture, distributed systems, platform engineering, cloud architectures, scalability, and resiliency.
• Experience with AI/ML platforms, LLM integration, agentic patterns, RAG, and governed AI deployment.
• Must already be authorized to work full-time in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available. A bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field is required.
