Vue-first Fullstack Tech Lead (Java/Spring Boot/Vue.js)

What you will do

• Lead the team from a technical perspective and contribute to technical direction and product evolution.
• Design and build scalable, maintainable solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and Vue.js.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering stakeholders to deliver quality software.
• Mentor developers and support their professional growth.
• Improve development standards, code quality, testing practices, and engineering processes.
• Identify technical risks, support production stability, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering background with senior-level experience and hands-on technical leadership.
• Strong backend experience with Java and Spring Boot, plus solid experience with Vue.js.
• Understanding of software architecture, APIs, SQL and NoSQL databases, and production environments.
• Experience with CI/CD, testing, code reviews, Agile teams, Jira, and Confluence.
• Professional English at intermediate or advanced level.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholders.

• Interest in modern technologies, including AI, machine learning, or GenAI.
