What you will do

• Build and maintain AI tool calling frameworks and privacy-preserving search infrastructure
• Develop AI model serving pipelines with encrypted data processing
• Create real-time AI conversation APIs with zero-access encryption
• Design high-performance backend services in Rust and PHP integration
• Build responsive web interfaces and improve microservice architecture
• Maintain site reliability with automated monitoring, alerting, and incident response

Requirements

• 5+ years fullstack development experience with production AI/ML systems
• Expertise in Rust for backend services and frontend skills with React.js
• Experience with end-to-end encryption and privacy-preserving technologies
• Knowledge of infrastructure automation, CI/CD, and site reliability practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and passion for privacy-centric AI
• English proficiency at least B2 level

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field
• Experience with privacy-focused or security-critical applications
• Contributions to open-source AI, privacy, or infrastructure projects
