What you will do

• Design, build, and operate multi-domain systems with engineers and analysts.
• Develop user-facing features involving both frontend and backend software.
• Lead planning and development processes, including product or project management roles.
• Ensure operational excellence and system interaction quality.
• Work with custom Python systems, hirify.global API in PHP, React web apps, and native iOS/Android apps.

Requirements

• Deep experience in backend development (Python, PHP, or Go).
• Experience in frontend design and development (JavaScript, React, Typescript, or jQuery).
• Proven ability to build complex production systems.
• Experience with data processing and storage technologies (MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, Elastic, Ceph, ClickHouse).
• Ability to work autonomously and lead full development lifecycle.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Experience with machine learning and real-time prediction systems.
• Experience with iOS or Android app development.
• Experience managing Linux servers, infrastructure as code (Puppet, Ansible), and containerization.
