Senior C# Developer (Identity Resilience)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; remote work is only possible when the employee is located in Poland

What you will do

• Design and implement end-to-end recovery flows using REST and gRPC contracts, server-side orchestration, and agents running on target machines.
• Build PowerShell cmdlets with parameter validation and a coherent object model.
• Design pre-flight validation across REST, server, and agent layers to detect restore issues before execution.
• Work with SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or Active Directory recovery internals, including domain controller promotion, SYSVOL, NTDS, DNS, Kerberos, and replication.
• Manage long-running distributed sessions, including agent deployment, keep-alive, cancellation, cleanup, and timeout handling.
• Own integration tests and safely refactor the mature codebase.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial C# product development experience with strong knowledge of .NET, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience designing service APIs such as REST or gRPC where external consumers and backward compatibility matter.
• Strong async and multithreading skills, including cancellation and long-running session lifecycle management.
• Depth in either Windows Server and Active Directory administration or internals, or database recovery mechanics for SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
• Comfort reading and safely refactoring a large existing codebase.
• English required for daily work in an international team.
