IB Partnership Manager (Ukrainian Market, Forex/CFD)

Location: On-site in Limassol, Cyprus; willingness to relocate if currently based abroad

What you will do

• Identify, attract, and onboard new Introducing Broker partners in Ukraine.
• Develop existing partnerships to increase client acquisition, trading activity, and retention.
• Build long-term relationships, negotiate partnership terms, and advise partners on commissions, trading conditions, onboarding, and marketing support.
• Monitor partner performance, identify growth opportunities, and agree action plans.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Support, Back Office, and Compliance on partner requests and business opportunities.
• Track the Ukrainian forex/CFD market, maintain CRM records and sales pipelines, and represent hirify.global at industry events and partner meetings when required.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IB partnerships or business development within the forex/CFD industry.
• Proven experience acquiring and developing active, revenue-generating IB partners.
• Fluent Ukrainian and strong written and spoken English.
• Established network of Ukrainian IBs, affiliates, and potential partners, with an existing client or IB partner base in Ukraine preferred.
• Strong understanding of the Ukrainian forex/CFD market, acquisition channels, negotiation, relationship management, and communication.
• Ability to work on-site in Cyprus and willingness to relocate if currently based abroad.

Hiring process

• Recruiter screen of approximately 30 minutes.
• Technical interview of approximately 60 minutes, followed by a test task.
• Final interview with the manager of approximately 40 minutes.
