Customer Support Specialist (Modification Team LATAM)

Location: Remote from Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, or Argentina. Schedule: 2 days on and 2 days off, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Colombia time.

Salary: 600 EUR gross base salary per month, plus up to 150 EUR gross KPI-based bonus.

What you will do

• Resolve client and partner requests to cancel or modify bookings through the CRM system.
• Advise clients on bookings and travel products.
• Communicate with suppliers, hotels, clients, and partners by email and phone.
• Use CRM systems and internal databases to manage support requests efficiently.

Requirements

• Location: Must work remotely from Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, or Argentina.
• English: Upper-intermediate level in speaking and writing required.
• Kindness, empathy, stress resistance, politeness, and responsibility.
• Ability to learn quickly and remain focused on results.
• A functioning computer and microphone.
