Senior Architect (AI)

Annual base salary: $139,400–$230,000

What you will do

• Design and implement scalable, production-grade AI solutions for business domains.
• Develop architectures for LLM integration, RAG pipelines, memory systems, tool use, and function calling.
• Apply agentic AI patterns and orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, Strands, and Crew AI, including MCP integrations.
• Define target-state architectures, roadmaps, reusable patterns, reference architectures, and design standards.
• Lead technology proofs of concept, hands-on prototypes, modernization initiatives, and technical-debt reduction.
• Partner with engineering, product, business, and architecture stakeholders while supporting responsible AI governance and risk processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, a related STEM field, or equivalent education and experience.
• At least 6 additional years of architecture or software engineering experience; the preferred profile includes 8 years of architecture experience.
• Hands-on AI/ML development and deployment experience, including machine learning algorithms, neural networks, MLOps, AI Ops, and CI/CD for AI/ML workflows.
• Experience with generative AI, LLMs, transformer architectures, prompt engineering, agentic AI patterns, vector databases, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Experience with AWS Bedrock and AgentCore; familiarity with multi-cloud AI services and SaaS AI capabilities.
• Knowledge of responsible AI, AI ethics, governance, and risk frameworks, including the EU AI Act, NAIC, and NIST AI RMF.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure Foundry, Agent 365, or GCP/Gemini AI.
• Insurance technology and insurance industry experience.
• Experience with agentic coding tools such as Claude Enterprise, OpenAI Codex, and GitHub Copilot.
