Senior Manager Cybersecurity

Location: Brussels, Belgium; work can be performed from home, at the client, or from the Brussels office. Work permit sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Develop, manage, deliver, and support cybersecurity offerings covering strategy, risk, compliance, operations, resilience, and training.
• Work with frameworks and solutions including NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, FFIEC CAT, NYDFS Part 500, SWIFT CSCF, ISO 2700x, RCSA, TPRM, BCP/DR, and cyber governance.
• Support and enhance operational resilience services and the Cyber Risk Review SaaS platform, which quantifies cyber risk through NIST-based attack modeling.
• Develop recommendations for client challenges, present findings to executive sponsors, and collaborate on high-quality deliverables.
• Manage key client relationships, lead proposal and business development efforts, and advance sales initiatives.
• Coordinate internal initiatives, mentor junior consultants as a Career Advocate, and manage project information repositories.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, statistics, econometrics, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in a consultancy firm, including cybersecurity projects.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics, with the ability to quickly build expertise.
• Knowledge of one or more of Python, C++, Java, Ruby, Node, Go, or PowerShell.
• Knowledge of IP networks, operating systems, cloud platforms, applications, and cryptography.
• English plus Dutch or French communication and presentation skills required.
