Dutch Market Regulatory Officer (iGaming)

Location: Birkirkara, Malta; hybrid working model with the possibility to work remotely up to 50% of the time.

What you will do

• Act as a legal and regulatory point of contact for the Dutch gambling regulator, KSA.
• Coordinate the maintenance and renewal of Dutch gaming licences and manage statutory notifications through the KSA portal.
• Monitor Dutch online gambling regulations, advise on commercial initiatives and new features, and translate requirements into processes and controls.
• Coordinate regulatory litigation with group legal, compliance, business teams, external counsel, and relevant authorities.
• Provide legal support for escalated player complaints, terms and conditions, bonus rules, responsible gaming, KYC, withdrawals, and complaints handling.
• Create and maintain internal guidelines for Dutch-market Customer Support teams.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Dutch law.
• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Fluent Dutch and English, written and spoken.
• Solution- and result-oriented approach with strong analytical and pragmatic problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining autonomy.
• Good command of Word, Excel, Outlook, and online communication tools.
