Graphic Designer (AI)

What you will do

• Create graphic assets for landing pages, web experiences, product interfaces, onboarding, promotional surfaces, banners, illustrations, and other digital content.
• Develop visual concepts that communicate product features, services, and value propositions clearly.
• Collaborate with Product Designers, Product Managers, developers, content specialists, brand teams, and marketers.
• Conduct visual research and create references, mood boards, visual concepts, and storyboards.
• Own graphic design work from concept and exploration through production and delivery.
• Build reusable templates, visual libraries, scalable graphic systems, and AI-assisted workflows while maintaining quality and visual consistency.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in graphic, visual, brand, or digital design, preferably with digital products or technology companies.
• Strong portfolio covering digital graphics, landing pages, illustrations, campaign visuals, product communications, or similar assets.
• Strong knowledge of composition, typography, color, visual hierarchy, layout, imagery, and contemporary digital design principles.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma, including preparation of production-ready digital assets.
• Confident use of AI-powered tools for ideation, image generation and editing, visual exploration, and production workflows.
• Strong written and spoken Ukrainian and intermediate English or higher are required.

Nice to have

• Motion graphics or animation experience with tools such as Adobe After Effects.
• Familiarity with 3D tools and workflows.
• Advanced AI workflows, including controlled variations, visual consistency, and production automation.
• Experience in multidisciplinary digital product teams or marketing design.
