Cyber Security Expert (AI)

Location: Hybrid work from Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warszawa, or Łódź, Poland, with three days per week from the office.

Salary: 1,100–1,400 PLN per day on B2B.

What you will do

• Identify remediation gaps and lead strategic resolution initiatives.
• Analyse security findings and scanning results to define risk-based remediation actions.
• Advise stakeholders on remediation strategies, security best practices, and regulatory expectations.
• Coordinate with remediation owners, monitor progress, and communicate risks and recommendations.
• Contribute to risk-scoring approaches for near-real-time prioritisation of critical vulnerabilities.
• Support automation, AI-driven governance improvements, knowledge sharing, and mentoring.

Requirements

• At least four years of hands-on experience assessing and remediating security findings.
• Expert knowledge of vulnerability scoring, security risk assessment, prioritisation, and remediation governance.
• Strong understanding of AI-related security threats and their impact on security posture.
• Practical knowledge of problem management, Secure DevOps, DORA, and OWASP.
• Experience with data analysis, statistical modelling, and automation using Python, Apache Airflow, or Power Automate.
• Fluent business and technical English, written and spoken.
