Sales Manager – Security Systems (Access Control & Video Surveillance)

Location: Tashkent, Uzbekistan; hybrid format with regular travel

Salary: up to $2,000 gross per month plus performance-based bonuses

SOFTPROM is an international security systems company representing global vendors and working with system integrators and partners.

What you will do

• Search for, attract, and develop system integrators and partners across Uzbekistan.
• Sell access control, video surveillance, video analytics, and integrated security solutions from global vendors.
• Conduct meetings, negotiations, and product presentations with partners and customers.
• Support pilot projects in cooperation with technical teams.
• Prepare commercial proposals, manage opportunities in CRM, and close deals.
• Represent the company at seminars, conferences, and partner meetings.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of sales experience in security systems.
• Knowledge of IP video surveillance, access control, video analytics, and integrated security solutions.
• Higher education and strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with individual and public presentations.
• Fluent Uzbek and Russian, spoken and written.
• Intermediate English and willingness to travel.

Nice to have

• Experience with Sigur, Axis Communications, or Avigilon.
• Experience in security systems distribution.
• Hands-on experience installing and configuring security systems.
