VIP Sales Agent for Business Class - Morning Shift (Travel)

Location: On-site in Tashkent, Uzbekistan; working hours are 4:00 AM-12:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Salary: $300/month net fixed salary plus uncapped commission, with earning potential of up to $8,000/month.

What you will do

• Sell international Business and First-Class flight tickets.
• Understand client travel needs and recommend personalized flight options.
• Upsell flight upgrades and additional travel services.
• Build long-term relationships with high-value clients.
• Provide premium customer service from inquiry through booking.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of previous sales experience.
• Fluent English in spoken and written communication.
• Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, and client-facing skills.
• Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems quickly.
• Results-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and customer-focused approach.
• Willingness to work the 4:00 AM-12:00 PM morning shift on-site in Tashkent.
