Senior Technical Support Analyst (Online Credit & Payments)

Location: Hybrid role based from the hirify.global Head Office in Leicestershire, near Leicester

What you will do

• Own complex technical incidents from initial report through resolution and identify root causes to prevent recurrence.
• Coordinate troubleshooting with internal users, cross-functional IT teams, and external vendors while keeping stakeholders informed.
• Perform system monitoring, health checks, and daily administration to maintain operational stability.
• Mentor junior analysts through daily guidance, technical training, and peer reviews.
• Create technical documentation and troubleshooting guides for the knowledge base.
• Improve support workflows and handle sensitive or escalated issues professionally.

Requirements

• Experience with Active Directory, system log analysis, monitoring platforms such as Grafana, Dynatrace, or ELK, and ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of change and problem management processes.
• Strong analytical, organisational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to explain technical information to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Commitment to information security standards and a collaborative approach to supporting colleagues.
• Ability to work from the hirify.global Head Office in Leicestershire in a hybrid setup.
