People & Culture Intern

Location: Munich, Germany; hybrid setup with 3 days per week in the Munich office

hirify.global is a fast-growing climate tech startup focused on carbon management and fighting climate change.

What you will do

• Support recruiting end to end, including role postings, application screening, interview scheduling, pipeline management in Personio, and candidate communication.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn and university channels.
• Manage Munich office operations, including suppliers, equipment, onboarding setup, and workplace coordination.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation, and HR data management in Personio.
• Organize team events, contribute to employer branding projects, and improve People processes.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master's program, ideally in HR, business, psychology, economics, or a related field.
• Strong academic record and initial experience in recruiting, HR, or office management.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Organized, reliable, able to manage multiple priorities, and careful with confidential information.
• Interest in climate tech and how startups scale their teams.
