Data Analyst Expert (Power BI)

What you will do

• Design and optimize semantic models and establish Power BI data modeling and DAX standards.
• Define and evolve standardized processes for the client's Digital & AI Factory.
• Own the transformation layer, including data modeling, normalization, and performance optimization.
• Use AI-assisted tooling and evaluate emerging technologies for analytics development.
• Act as a technical expert for the Data Analytics community by reviewing models, proposing solutions, and mentoring analysts.
• Validate data accuracy through source-system reconciliation and repeatable automated testing.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, including ownership of business-critical analytics products.
• Expert-level Power BI skills in semantic modeling, DAX optimization, and performance tuning.
• Expert knowledge of SQL and Power Query / M, including diagnosing source-level performance bottlenecks.
• Strong knowledge of DBT, Databricks, or comparable data transformation and pipeline tools.
• Experience with Git, PBIP, CI/CD, data quality frameworks, and automated testing for analytics.
• Advanced English required for daily meetings and presentations.
